Delete your account

How to delete your Direction account and what happens to your data.

From inside the app

  1. Open Direction and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Choose «Delete account» and confirm.

What happens

  • Deleted: your account, your name, your sign-in methods, your preferences, your XP, your plans and everything you wrote yourself.
  • Kept with no way back to you: game and comparison results, with dates rounded to the month.
  • In Leaderboard months that have ended, your place stays as «Former student».

Can't get into your account?

Email us at privacy@[domain] (not set yet) from the address you signed up with, or have your parent or guardian write, and we will delete the account.
